Inergy subsidiary Central New York Oil And Gas Company is set to file regulatory applications for its 69 km MARC I Hub Line Project after it executed binding precedent agreements with shippers for gas transportation on the proposed pipeline in Pennsylvania, USA.
The MARC I Hub Line Project is a 30 inch bi-directional pipeline located in Bradford, Sullivan, and Lycoming counties in Pennsylvania.
The planned pipeline will extend between Inergy's Stagecoach South Lateral Interconnect with Tennessee Gas Pipeline Company’s 300 Line and Transco’s Leidy Pipeline.
Inergy expects to file a Natural Gas Act 7(c) application with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission for a Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity in mid-2010 and anticipates the MARC I Hub Line Project to be placed into service in mid-2012.
